My name is Popovic Nikola, a former military officer, now unemployed, born in 3-V-1912, in Golubinci, Stara Pazova, now in Croatia, from father Živane and mother Jelena, born, Pandurević, Serb, by religion Orthodox, with an apartment in the street Sazonova No. 53.

II.

I do not know that there is any guilt and the reason for my arrest. The very fact that I was considered a the Jew I think is not a sufficient reason to consider it dangerous that the public order,

I am not accustomed to being in the spirit of criticizing the existing order, because I am a graduate student of a non-commissioned school, where the nuns are educated to live to die for the King and the Fatherland.

And I do not want to be different. I was just like that and I'll stay that way.

Communism itself, as an idea of me, has never attracted me, so, I can not even hope for anything like that from now on.

Before the war, I was in the military service, serving at the Military Geographical Institute. I would not be able to survive in such ranks, that I had the habit to talk about what I do not need or that I behaved honorably.

If the authorities have information that I am what I said, it can only be a scam, so please take it from me.

I have said so much so that my testimony is read to me and as such, I acknowledge and sign it as such.
