About the hearing conducted by MAJIROVIC MIRKO, a trade assistant from Belgrade.

I

My name is MAJIROVIĆ MIRKO, a trade assistant, born in 15th V111-1910 in Niš, in the same district, from the father of Bora and the mother of Sofia, born Levi, according to the nationality of the Jews, the religion of my mother, married, without children; the army I did not serve, police - unpunished, with a flat in Vojislava Ilića street no. 81.

II

I have been living in Belgrade since 1925, where I also studied the tradecraft. By the war, I worked as a commercial assistant at various trade companies in Belgrade. In 1934, I married Sekulovic Anđ, a Serbian, who, after entering into marriage, went to the Jewish religion and got the name, Hana. From 1938 until the 1st of March this year we lived in Stiska Street No.26. Then we moved to the street of Vojislav Ilić, where we now live,

Immediately after the end of the war between Germany and Yugoslavia, I appeared as a Jewish Department of the Administration of the City of Belgrade, then at Tashmajdan, where I was registered as well. When the last line came out, according to which all Jews were supposed to apply again to go to the Jewish camp, I did not do this because I was afraid of not being shot, and so I stayed at the house to hide.

Otherwise, I did not commit any guilt of a political nature, because I am not a politician, nor myself when I dealt with it. I am not a communist, and I have nothing to do with the Communists. During the time I lived in Stiska Street No. 26, as well as in Vojislav Ilić Street, I did not go home anywhere, nor did I get married. I lie to Krivokuca Savka from Stiska Street No. 26, since she also lived there, but I did not go with her, nor did I have any connection with her. It is true that Savka had a radio in her apartment, but I do not know that she used it when she used it. With Olga Jovanovic, who lived with Savka as a lone woman, I have nothing to do with anything at all. At all, I lived quietly and withdrawn in my apartment, no one I was leaving, nor was anyone visiting me.

That's all I have to say about the front thing, the hearing has been read to me and all my words are faithfully recorded in it.

Since the investigation could not determine anything concrete, which would give rise to the suspicion that the communist was appointed, this, as a Jew, would continue to exercise jurisdiction over the Jewish Detachment, and the case was to be handed over to the Card for the record.
